- Log in with your IdentiKey to theÌý.
- In the "Student Information" section, select your primary affiliation (e.g., student, faculty or staff).
- In the "Information to Update" section, select which details you are updating. You may select multiple options.
- If documentation is required, you will be prompted to upload your supporting documentation.
- ​Take a clear photograph or scan of your supporting documentation. (Accepted file types: png, jpg, pdf, tif.)
- In the "Upload attachments" section, use the dropdown menu to indicate the type of documentation you are providing, then click the attach button to upload the file.
- WhenÌýfinished, click "Submit."
