Who Received This Email?
We sent this email at noon on Friday, Oct. 8, 2021, to students who were missing one or more official college transcripts and whose records included transfer credit based on an unofficial transcript.

Dear [first],

I hope your fall semester is off to a great start! As you prepare for spring semester, I want to make sure you're aware of an issue that is currently preventing you from registering for spring classes.

According to our records, we haven't yet received a final official transcript from one or more of the colleges or universities you previously attended. As a result, the Office of Admissions has placed a hold on your record that will prevent you from enrolling in the spring semester.

In addition, if CU Â鶹ӰԺ doesn't receive your missing final official transcripts in the coming weeks, any transfer credit we awarded based on an unofficial transcript will be removed from your CU academic record, which could affect your academic classification and degree progress.

To see which transcripts are still missing and to review your next steps, follow this link to your Buff Portal .

Final official transcripts are required by both campus and federal policy, and are necessary to maintain the integrity of CU Â鶹ӰԺ academic and degree records. If you have questions about this requirement, please contact the Office of Admissions (transcripts@colorado.edu).

Sincerely,

Kristi Wold-McCormick, PhD
Assistant Vice Provost and University Registrar
