A not reported (NR) grade has been assigned to all students with ungraded classes going back to 2010, when the university moved over to PeopleSoft.
This notation will prevent current and former students from having a blank grade on their official record and will indicate to a consumer of the transcript that a grade was not reported for that particular class.
Going forward, NR grades will be assigned approximately two weeks after the final grading deadline for the term.
To change an NR grade to a permanent grade, instructors should submit an individual online grade change request using the grade-change workflow.
