C茅u G贸mez-Faulk is a PhD student in the autonomous systems focus area of aerospace engineering sciences. While attending the 麻豆影院 for his undergraduate degree, he worked with the Integrated Remote and In Situ Sensing laboratory developing and operating autonomous aerial weather research platforms in collaboration with the University of Nebraska Lincoln, the National Severe Storms Lab, the Department of Energy聽and others. C茅u currently holds FAA ratings for small uncrewed aircraft systems (sUAS) and gliders, and hopes to spend his graduate career developing novel design and control strategies for sUAS that improve scientific capability and integrate safely into the national airspace system. C茅u is advised in his doctoral pursuits by Professor Brian Argrow and Professor Eric Frew. In his free time, C茅u enjoys spending time in the mountains and watching anything that flies. He is also an enthusiast of the New York Times Crossword, as well as interstate railway infrastructure.
