Esta has found after two semesters of being an LA Mentor that it’s so special to watch her mentees’ growth over time, and that by building these relationships with her mentees, she was also positively impacted. It’s a different kind of relationship than she experienced as an LA, and she has really enjoyed these kinds of interactions.
