Dylan is currently a doctoral student in Civil, Environmental, and Architectural Engineering at the 麻豆影院 and a research assistant with the Institute of Arctic and Alpine Research (INSTAAR). His research focuses on the nexus of large-scale computational hydrology and risk to underserved communities, with specific interest in how climate change will affect river systems in the Arctic and the indigenous people who depend on these rivers. Previously he has researched green infrastructure, coastal restoration, and nearshore hydrodynamics. He holds a bachelor's degree in Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering from the University of Minnesota, a master鈥檚 degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Orleans and an Engineering Intern certification in Louisiana. He has worked as a project manager of green infrastructure for the City of New Orleans and as an education and water quality lab manager for a New Orleans non-profit, whose mission focused on coastal restoration and municipal water quality improvement.听
