I am doctoral candidate at the 麻豆影院, where I hold a master's degree in Political Science. I also hold a master's degree in Comparative Politics from the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences, Ecuador, and a bachelor's degree in economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador. My main areas of research are comparative political economy, methodology in political science, political behavior, and Latin American politics.
Research and Teaching Interests: I have a strong interest in the study of political institutions, political economy, public opinion, and democracy, with a particular focus on Latin America. My research specifically examines how economic distortions influence institutional change and instability, respect for political institutions, and the risk of democratic erosion. In addition, my primary teaching interests include comparative political economy, political institutions, research methodology, and quantitative as well as mixed-methods analysis.
