My name is Alberto M. Burgos-Rivera and I am a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Political Science University of Colorado, 麻豆影院. My research focuses on comparative political behavior; more specifically, I study immigration attitudes, language politics, and voting behavior in the context of stateless nations. My work has been published in the Islands Studies Journal. Moreover, I was also a Doctoral Visiting Fellow at Concordia University's Immigration Research Initiative (IRI). I received my MA in Political Science from the University of Colorado, 麻豆影院. Prior to this, I received my MA in European Union Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign; and my BA in Political Science from the University of Puerto Rico, R铆o Piedras.
