The 麻豆影院 County District Attorney鈥檚 Office has charged CU 麻豆影院 Police Sgt. Michael Dodson with one count of felony stalking.听
The victim was another CU employee. When CUPD learned of these allegations, it requested that the Longmont Police Department handle the investigation as to avoid any appearance of a conflict of interest.
鈥淎s chief, I have a duty to ensure the actions of all our employees are within policy and meet the expectations of our values,鈥 said CU 麻豆影院 Chief of Police Ken Koch. 鈥淲hen there are allegations of wrongdoing, we need to investigate those fully and be accountable for the findings. I am very concerned about the alleged conduct because it does not reflect the strong reputation of our department nor the character of our employees.鈥
Dodson, who is on administrative leave, has worked for CUPD since 1996.
Media questions should be directed to the District Attorney鈥檚 Office.
