Ingredients
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 cup sifted confectioners sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups sifted flour
Directions
- cream butter.
- gradually add sugar and salt creaming well.
- stir in nuts and vanilla.
- add flour gradually.
- mix thoroughly.
- shape by rounded teaspoon into balls or crescents.
- bake at 325 for 15-18 minutes. do not brown.
- roll warm in powdered sugar.
