Crock Pot Chicken

Ingredients
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cupÌýItalian dressing
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.75 oz)
- 1 package of egg noodles (16 oz)
- Fresh mushrooms, sliced (8 oz) OPTIONAL
Directions
- Place chicken in crock pot and pour Italian dressing over top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Place cream cheese in a small mixing bowl and soften in microwave for 30 seconds; mix cream cheese and soup until blended.
- Pour over chicken, stirring to combine the soup mixture and liquid in crock pot.Ìý
- Add mushrooms and stir; cook 1 hour longer.
- Serve over egg noodles.

We can't remember the source for the recipe, but I do know that is from our early married days. Crock Pot Chicken was easy when the kids came along and our lives were busy.
