On Oct. 28, Pendulum New Music will present its second concert of the academic year. Says Assistant Professor of Composition + Pendulum Director Annika Socolofsky, "We're a rowdy bunch that loves to take risks and experience a huge range of musical genres and aesthetics."

On Oct. 19, horn and piano faculty will collaborate with the CU 麻豆影院 Graduate Wind Quintet and members of the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra in a Faculty Tuesdays program for winds, including George Walker's "Wind Set."

This College of Music senior and president of the College of Music Student Government (CMSG) expects to graduate in May 2022 and ultimately plans to apply to pursue a career in medicine 鈥� along the way, she's "playing violin whenever I can!"
