Biography:

Molly studied Business and Sociology at the 麻豆影院. In addition to her听own studies and research, she is a Research Associate for the Space & Sustainability Initiative听at CU 麻豆影院, exploring sustainable norms of behavior when it comes to launching business into outer space. Beyond her academic work, she is a Consultant for the United Nations Global Compact where she听contributes to the development of harmonized sustainability reporting guidelines for companies. In her听free time, she coaches a local baton twirling team, loves spending time in the mountains, and will jump at any opportunity to travel.

Her research interests include听Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainable Innovation, and Occupational Inequality. Her research lies at the intersection of business and society, examining the private sector鈥檚 impact on the world; in particular, her听work contributes to the growing body of knowledge regarding socially responsible leadership and using business as a vehicle for positive impact on society.
