Math For All in 麻豆影院 DEI Impact grant renewed for the 2024-2025 academic year.
The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Impact grant from the office of the Vice Chancellor for DEI at CU 麻豆影院 together with funds from the National Science Foundation and the Mathematics department will support the programming of Math For All in 麻豆影院 for the 2024/2025 academic year.
The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Impact grant from the office of the Vice Chancellor for DEI at CU 麻豆影院 together with funds from the National Science Foundation and the Mathematics department will support the programming of Math For All in 麻豆影院 for the 2024/2025 academic year.
The organizing team consisting of Dr. Fuster Aguilera, Assistant Professor Orosz Hunziker and Associate Professor Czubak first obtained the DEI Impact grant in 2023.
Past Math For All in 麻豆影院 activities included , several poster workshops for undergraduates in the Front Range Area and the which took place in April 2024 with 68 participants in the CU 麻豆影院 campus. The 2024 edition of the Math For All in 麻豆影院 conference, an event designed to 鈥減rovide a friendly and open environment to learn and discuss mathematics鈥, consisted of 14 undergraduate poster presentations, 6 graduate student research talks and two plenary talks together with networking and community building activities
For the coming year, the Math For All programming will include a second edition of Mates para Todes on Oct 25 2024, a colloquium talk in the Math Department with Professor Pamela Harris on September 12 2024 and the 2025 edition of Math For All in 麻豆影院 conference in the Spring 2025.
