Construction Engineering and Management

Eric is a transportation consultant with based in Denver, Colorado. He currently provides support to the AECOM Transportation business development group and provides consulting services in several of the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT)聽master programs. The CDOT programs he is involved with include the Office of Major Project Development (OMPD), RoadX, the Office of Program Management (PMO), and the Colorado Bridge Enterprise (CBE). Eric's doctoral research focused on exploring how innovative project delivery methods influence life-cycle design decisions-making processes; in particular, he studied public-private partnerships (P3s) for the delivery of major highway projects in the US through case-study methodology. His research analyzed three of the largest P3s that have been delivered in recent years in the US: the聽Presidio Parkway Project in San Francisco, CA, the聽US-36 Managed Lanes Project in Denver-麻豆影院, CO, and the聽Elizabeth River Tunnel Project in Norfolk-Portsmouth, VA. Eric enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time with his family and friends.
