Cristina is currently an Assistant Professor at in the .ÌýShe researches collaboration and knowledge sharing in construction organizations. She has experience in working for international development organizations and is interested in studying the effects of infrastructure planning on issues of social justice. Her doctoral research focused on knowledge governance strategies.ÌýShe is passionate about gender inclusion and has written a children's book (Elena, the engineer) about girls building and engineering cities.
