AlexÌýis currently continuing his professional military education (PME) at theÌýÌýin Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. His research looked at post-disasterÌýconstruction training programsÌýin the Philippines following Typhoon Haiyan. Alex is a Major in the U.S. Army, serving in the the Corps of Engineers.
