Caleb Grady

Caleb Grady is a Masters student within the Ann and H.J. Smead Department of Aerospace Engineering
Sciences at the 麻豆影院 with a focus in Fluids and Propulsion. Prior to beginning
his graduate studies, Caleb graduated with honors from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA in 2016 with
a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and minors in Aerospace Engineering and Product Design. After
graduation, Caleb worked as a New Product Development Engineer for W.L. Gore and Associates in the
Fabrics division. While at Gore, Caleb worked on developing new products and materials to achieve a
point of technical readiness as well as improving upon the existing products to better meet end user
needs for both commercial and military applications. Additionally, Caleb performed research on textile
stiffness properties as part of the development of GORE-TEX Stretch Technology.


Within the Experimental Aerodynamics Laboratory, Caleb has been working on flow and stability
analysis of low Reynolds number fluid flows over cylinders in microchannels.
