Moxie came to CU from her previous position at the Chocolate Lab. She's now working in the treat taste-testing lab, where, unlike at her previous institution, she is allowed to taste the specimens. Her interests outside of research include playing with a tennis ball and finding ways to sneak food off the kitchen counters undetected.
