Banu Ormeci was a post-doctoral researcher with Dr. Linden from 2001-2003 at Duke. 聽During this time she conducted research on particle impacts on inactivation of pathogens in water and wastewater. Afterwards, she became Professor and Canada Research Chair in Environmental Engineering at Carleton University. 聽She currently directs the Global Water Institute at Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.聽
