Need financial support related to your organization鈥檚 existence? Operational funding is available to assist student organizations in fulfilling their mission with regular and ongoing activities, meetings and recruitment.

The following list includes common operational needs but funding is not restricted to these items.

What can be funded  

  • Advertising materials for recruitment and meetings

    • Flyers
    • Banners
  • Branding and marketing materials
    • T-shirts
    • Tablecloths
    • Hats
    • Stickers
  • Food for meetings
  • Materials, equipment and supplies
  • Meeting supplies
  • National dues
    • For the student organization as a whole
  • Services
    • Coach payments
    • Guest speaker for regular meetings
    • Graphic designer
  • Space reservations
  • Team building, on-campus retreats
  • Website renewal

What cannot be funded  

  • Advertising for events
  • Conferences
  • Food for events
  • Fundraising for charities, non-profits, third parties and student organizations
  • Off-campus retreats
  • Materials and supplies for events
  • National dues for individual members
  • Reimbursements for purchases made prior to funding being approved
  • Travel for activities or trips off-campus
