March is rolling in with many reasons to celebrate, reflect,听and inspire one another right here at CU 麻豆影院. It鈥檚 like March looked at the calendar and said, 鈥Let鈥檚 give them something to talk about,鈥 from honoring the trailblazers in Women's History Month to vibing on the mathematical magic of Pi Day. So, let鈥檚 dive into what March has in store for us, and remember, no matter what you鈥檙e into, this month is all about embracing your true self, supporting others聽and growing in your own unique light.

Women's History Month

All month long, we鈥檙e shining a spotlight on the fierce women who鈥檝e paved the way in STEM and beyond. It鈥檚 a time to big up the achievements, courage,听and significant contributions of women from all walks of life. 聽I would like to take a moment to recongize the many women at CU 麻豆影院 who have taking the time to make me feel welcome and a part of the Buff Family. I Celebrate Us, We, You!

March 7鈥 CU Engineering Women in Engineering Panel & Newtworking Event聽

Trailblazers, such as Shelly Miller, the 121st Distinguished Research Lecturer, Taylor Barton, the recipient of the IEEE Outstanding Young Engineer award, and Robyn Macdonald, a NASA grant awardee for hypersonics modeling, exemplify the spirit of innovation and leadership. Staff members like Deb Renshaw and Cherie Summers have earned prestigious accolades for their remarkable contributions to the campus and beyond, underscoring the impact of women in shaping a more equitable and forward-thinking society.
