Complete the Faculty and Staff Engagement Survey April 15 -30!
On Tuesday, April 15,Ìý faculty and staff will receive an email invitation from Gallagher Survey Coordinator,Ìýadmin@ajgsurveys.com, to participate in CU Â鶹ӰԺ’s 2025 Faculty and Staff Engagement Survey.Â
The survey will measure concepts such as faculty and staff satisfaction, commitment, affinity, wellness, career growth, and other engagement elements. The survey results will be used to identify actions to improve the faculty and staff work experience.Â
The engagement survey is sponsored by Chancellor Justin Schwartz and Provost Russell Moore. The Department of Human Resources, in collaboration with Arthur J. Gallagher and Co., an independent engagement firm, is facilitating the implementation of the survey.
Personally identifiable information is released to no one outside of Arthur J. Gallagher, not even the campus sponsors or facilitators. Survey results will not identify you individually; only aggregate findings will be used for organizational improvements.
The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
The survey will be available to complete from Tuesday, April 15, through Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
