The role of the supervisor has shifted聽in the past three months. Supervisors are now tasked with leading teams virtually, supporting the聽psychological聽needs聽of employees during a pandemic, and聽continuing to support the teaching, learning and research mission of CU 麻豆影院.听The Supervisors How-To Series will provide leaders with relevant strategies to apply right now to increase聽their聽effectiveness.听Four 60 minutes sessions聽will聽be offered over聽four consecutive weeks.听While聽supervisors聽can register for any of聽these sessions, it聽is聽recommended聽that you complete all four.听

Participants will learn how to:聽

• Align employee, performance, and department goals聽in聽uncertain聽and constantly聽changing times聽
• Drive聽strategy聽through and with teams by聽leveraging聽technology and engagement聽聽
• Build trust and resiliency聽virtually聽for you and your聽employee(s)聽
• Rethink feedback and accountability聽for today's reality聽聽
