2. Wellness events

CU 麻豆影院 employees can access a number of wellness programs provided by Health Promotion and the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP).

Wellness Wednesdays

Wellness Wednesday workshops are available for staff and faculty to engage in self-care activities, learn about campus resources and build community. Themes rotate regularly, allowing participants to come and go as they please.

FSAP workshops

FSAP is dedicated to serving the emotional and psychological needs of the campus community. They will be providing a variety of free workshops for CU employees to cover topics like mental health, physical wellness, parenting, finances and more.

3. AcademicLiveCare

Health and Wellness Services is now offering AcademicLiveCare (ALC) to staff and faculty to support their physical, emotional and mental health. ALC is a telehealth platform that allows you to schedule medical and mental health appointments virtually. Through this program, you can see board-certified healthcare professionals from your home, office or anywhere you go. All you need is a smartphone, computer, tablet or other mobile device.

Staff and faculty are encouraged to take advantage of benefits through their employee health insurance plan and on-campus resources like the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP). However, AcademicLiveCare can provide supplemental support for:

  • Evening, weekend and after-hours appointments
  • Faculty and staff who are traveling or working out of state
  • Faculty and staff who want one-time or short-term mental health services
  • Faculty and staff who want ongoing, long-term support or weekly counseling sessions

Note: This program is open to all CU employees and does not use health insurance benefits.
