As finals and the end of the school year draw near, I would like to take a moment to express my sincerest congratulations to all our graduate students receiving degrees this spring.

The Graduate School has undertaken several steps in the last year to improve our mentorship offerings for graduate students and faculty.

Events this week include free breakfast and coffee, career workshops, free days at the rec center, and more.

I鈥檓 delighted to welcome graduate students to the fall semester. Along with our incoming students, I鈥檓 new to the Graduate School as well, having taken this position in June.

The Graduate School is launching a task force to examine graduate student stipends and benefits, and a survey to assess funding and academic advising/mentorship.

As part of our efforts to better support you during your studies at CU 麻豆影院, the Graduate School partnered in the 2017-2018 academic year with various campus offices to explore short-term and long-term options for improving the housing situation.

We in the Graduate School are in close contact with CU鈥檚 federal relations team as we follow federal tax reform legislation proposals and analyze their effects on our graduate students and master鈥檚 and doctoral programs.
