Constance Okollet is the chair of the Osukuru United Women鈥檚 Network (OWN) in the Tororo district of eastern Uganda, and is a self-described peasant farmer and mother of seven. As the chair for OWN, she leads a consortium of about 1,200 small women鈥檚 groups working on education, community health and nutrition.
