My interests are in tectonic deformation related to the earthquake cycle and the generation of seismicity. I use space-geodetic techniques (such as GPSÌýandÌýInSAR) and seismic datasets (such as characteristically repeating earthquakes) to understand these processes, including coseismic and interseismic deformation, aseismic creep, seasonal elastic loading, and induced seismicity. My researchÌýoften focuses on regionsÌýin California, such as the San Francisco Bay Area,Ìýthe Mendocino Triple Junction, and the Brawley Seismic Zone, but also includes other active areas around the world.ÌýÌýÌý
