Katie Tyler won a GIS in the Rockies (GISITR) competition for the most promising graduate student enrolled in a university or college in the Rocky Mountain region (Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico) for a portion of her Masters thesis research "Systematic Criteria Selection for Suitability Modeling of Public Transportation in Denver Colorado". She will present this research this week at the upcoming GISITR 2021 conference (virtual), and receive a $1,000 award.
