Ekeley Sciences Building Renovation
The renovation of the Ekeley Sciences Building will modernize teaching laboratories for non-major undergraduate and graduate chemistry instruction, incorporating student study spaces and aiming to improve lab efficiency, teaching outcomes, and safety. An overhaul to the HVAC system will greatly reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions of the Ekeley Sciences building. The $33.5 million project, funded through campus cash, the President鈥檚 Initiative Fund, and bond debt, is designed to align with CU 麻豆影院's climate action plan and aims to achieve LEED Gold certification.

Hellems Arts and Sciences
The Hellems Arts & Sciences and Mary Rippon Outdoor Theatre renovation project includes $42.1M in state capital construction funds to support capital renewal and $63.1M in cash spending authority to support needed programmatic improvements into one $105.16M project.

Old Main Preservation
In 2021 a structural assessment of the building was completed by a structural engineer. A/E team is currently developing a design to address the recommendations of the report. The scope of work being evaluated consists of: a full structural restoration of the exterior fa莽ade of Old Main, foundation repairs and waterproofing, door and window repair and glazing replacement, exterior stair replacement/repairs, chimney & truss repairs, landscape and civil engineering restoration immediately around the building, and Pleasant Street long-term planning and short-term improvements.

Residence One
Residence One will be the first new, modern housing building to open in the area, North 麻豆影院 Creek (NBC). It will house up to 350 upper-division or graduate students in on-campus apartment-style housing. It will provide neighborhood amenities such as a caf茅, mail store, and a variety of study space that will serve the students within the surrounding NBC community.
