Working in conjunction with the University of Colorado Police Department, the Athletic Department will begin securing the Stadium鈥檚 perimeter starting around 6:00pm the night before all home football games (with an exception for a Thursday night game). Department supervisors should submit a list of any personnel that will require 聽overnight access to the Stadium for official University business, starting at 6:00pm on Friday prior to the game up until 6:00am the morning of kick off. Beginning at 6:00am on Gameday, only credentialed gameday staff 聽will be permitted within the secured perimeter. Stadium offices will not be accessible to building occupants on gameday, so please plan accordingly.
Stadium perimeter restrictions will be in effect beginning at 6:00PM on the following dates until the conclusion of the football game on the following days:
Thursday, August 29 (2pm)
Friday, September 20
Friday, October 11
Friday, October 25
Friday, November 15
Thursday, November 28 **Campus Closed for holiday on Friday, Gameday.
Please submit your overnight staff list via email to: jennifer.green@colorado.edu no later than noon on the Wednesday prior to Gameday. If the list will remain the same from week to week, please indicate that upon your initial submission. If your list will differ from week to week, please submit a new list prior to each home game. Additionally, we need your assistance in clearing parking lot 378 by 5:00 p.m. the night prior to each game in order聽to facilitate the set-up of gates and vendors. Any vehicles left unattended will be relocated.
