Get the I&R phone directory app
There is an app available for your work phone which syncs to the I&R phone list on SharePoint. On your work phone, open the app catalog and search for "PowerApps". Download PowerApps and sign in with your identikey@colorado.edu email address and identikey password. Once you are signed in, search for the app named "I&S Phone Directory." Tapping on that will bring you to the phone list which syncs directly with our I&R Phone List on Sharepoint. This app can also be downloaded to your personal cell phone or tablet too, it works on any smart device.
If you want to add the I&S Phone Directory app as a shortcut onto your device home screen, click on the small "i" (for info) icon to the right of the app:
