This week's Friday Flick is Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy! We know this movie isn't known for its scientific accuracy, but Fiskers love talking raccoons and walking trees sometimes too! As a part Neil deGrasse Tyson's review of this film, he reminds us that in space, there are no sound waves to carry the noise of explosions or space ships flying by. However, how strange would it be to have all of the space scenes be entirely silent? We can't really imagine that! This is definitely a film we can't critique for any scientific accuracies, but it's always fun to think about the possibility of other life forms somewhere out there in the universe, don't you think?
