Introduction
The Academic Leaders Institute (ALI) offers competency-basedÌýtraining to supportÌýthe successful preparation of faculty forÌýleadership roles. This program serves Department Chairs and Associate Chairs, Program and InstituteÌýDirectors and Associate Directors, Deans and Associate Deans, as well as other interested faculty.ÌýA menu of options to promote the growth andÌýdevelopment of faculty leaders is available, ranging from those which help to create a pipeline toÌýleadership, orientation for newly appointed campus leaders, and ongoing opportunities for developingÌýcurrent leaders.ÌýYou can learn more aboutÌýhow the competency model was developed.ÌýFor further information, contact Faculty Development and Support in the Office of Faculty Affairs..
