Lecturer Magdalena Aravena co-authored a recently published the research article  in the online journal of Landscape and Urban Planning. The article is open access through April 17, 2023. 

Teaching Assistant Professor Sara Tabatabaie published the article in The Urban Greening and Urban Forestry Journal.

All projects, materials and personal belongings in ENVD studio spaces and the Creative Labs Center (CLC) must be removed by Tuesday, May 9. Graduating seniors: Projects from the Senior Showcase must be cleaned out of ENVD 134 and 134A by Sunday, May 14. Work in the gallery will remain through fall 2023. Anything left in the ENVD building after these dates will be discarded. 

Since 1948, CWA has inspired diverse dialogue about issues that matter. In 2023, the conference will extend the university’s focus on exploring the global climate crisis. Worldwide experts and our own faculty will offer challenging and hopeful discussions that examine a wide range of topics that impact our daily lives.

Wellness Breaks
The environmental design coaching program will host a series of wellness breaks in the DMC lab (ENVD 306) during Jury Week. 

Make the most of your experience here at environmental design with job and internship opportunities. We've curated a list of both jobs and internships for students to apply to.

This Building a Legacy in Engineering project collaborates with CU Â鶹ӰԺ and Tuskegee University to pioneer a "living-learning lab" through design-build projects centered on socially and ecologically sustainable agricultural-land infrastructure experiments. The project is based in Tuskegee, Alabama, pivotal to Black history in the United States. By participating in this project, students will have a chance to:

• Develop leadership skills.
• Build community across institutions.
• Have much fun!

Students involved will receive a stipend of $715 a month for their participation, and travel and accommodations in Tuskegee will be covered.
