Research Assistantship in Architectural History at CU 麻豆影院
Dr. Victor Saouma, civil engineering, is writing a book Structural Analysis, and currently focusing on the History of Structural Analysis. He would like the first chapter to be very comprehensive, and include history of relevant mathematical, scientific and architectural developments not only in European but also Chinese/Indian civilizations.
Dr. Saouma is looking for a highly motivated student with good writing skills who could assist. Aspiring architecture students, with a solid foundation of architecture history would fit the bill. This could be organized as an independent study, research assistantship, or even a paid endeavor, which would be discussed and agreed upon once the right student is identified.
- Primary responsibilities would be to assist in a literature search.
