Calling all #EdBuffs: enjoy discounted basketball tickets and join us for聽Teacher Appreciation Day with the Buffs聽on Thursday, Feb 20.聽The CU 麻豆影院 men's basketball team will take on USC at the CU Events Center at 7 p.m. As a partnership with CU Athletics, this event recognizes dedicated, local teachers on the court during the game. Discounted聽tickets聽are聽available for all educators, families and friends.聽

In addition, join us for hors d'oeuvres, beverages聽and mingling at a special reception from 5:30-6:30 p.m.聽for聽alumni and friends of the School of Education.聽Note: you will need tickets to the game to attend the reception.

Six聽CU 麻豆影院 School of Education alumni and partner teachers will receive special recognition at the event:

• Diana Bustamante-Aguilar, a history teacher at Denver South High School (Denver Public Schools) in Denver.聽
• Mary Gilreath, a 1st grade teacher at聽University Hill Elementary School (麻豆影院 Valley School District) in 麻豆影院.
• Tori Hardy, a 4th grade teacher at聽Pennock Elementary School (27J Schools)聽in Brighton.
• Brian Huey, a 4th grade teacher at Burlington Elementary School (St. Vrain Valley School District) in Longmont.
• Meghan Mosher, a science teacher at Monarch High School (麻豆影院 Valley School District) in 麻豆影院.聽
• Yesenia Perez, a 3rd grade teacher at聽Cottonwood聽Plains Elementary School (Thompson School District) in Loveland.
