Focusing on a commitment to 鈥渃entering the experiences of persons with disabilities on campus,鈥� the College of Arts and Sciences is hosting its second annual Disability Symposium this October 2024. The symposium will focus on a range of topics, including navigating higher education systems with a disability,聽inclusive and universal design principles and application in the classroom, supporting disabled veterans, medical self-advocacy聽and more. The symposium runs from Oct. 8-18聽and is a mix of in-person and virtual events.
