As the Training, Support & Outreach Coordinator I am responsible for providing guidance and training to university faculty, staff, and students on how to use the Web Express platform.聽 I lead training sessions and hands-on workshops, including creating learning activities and resources for instruction. Oversee the development and enhancement of an online tutorial library including video tutorials plus maintain and update training and support solutions.聽I am first line support and manage the tech support聽requests聽from our customer base, including initial accessibility assessments for the site launch request process. I love working with our clients and sharing my knowledge as I continue to learn and grow my skills in web communications.
