Sondra is a Peer Mentor on the Alma team who is passionate about helping other moms navigate the challenges of pregnancy and early motherhood. After becoming a mom in 2020, she switched her career focus from working with college students to supporting other moms on their journeys. She previously worked in Higher Education in residence life, training and leadership development, academic advising, and admissions. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Master's degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from The Ohio State University. She has also completed multiple yoga teacher trainings, specifically focusing on restorative and yin yoga. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and enjoying the outdoors with her family.
