Brittany Rose, M.Ed., is a 1st Grade Teacher (Dual Language) at Basalt Elementary School in the Roaring Fork School District. She earned her master’s degree from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst and began her career teaching kindergarten, first in rural Massachusetts and then in Boston, before moving to Colorado. She was part of a team who opened the first K-8 dual-language school in Glenwood Springs, where she found her passion for dual-language education. Brittany always imagined a life where she’d be teaching young learners and she is so grateful for every experience that led her to where she is today--happy, fulfilled, challenged and appreciated. Brittany is currently enrolled in the Cultivating Compassion for Ourselves and Others digital certificate.
