CAPS is committed to serving all communities at CU, we acknowledge the many recent and past factors that may impact our Asian and Asian American communities both on campus and off. We are committed to furthering our services and support for our Asian and Asian American community on Campus. Students of Color Group
The Student of Color (SoC) group serves as a way to openly engage in dialogues around what it means to be a student of color on this campus.

Women of Color Group
This group provides a safe space for women of color to deepen their understanding of themselves and others, find community, explore the impacts of being a woman of color on campus, process experiences and find support.

Let’s Talk
Let’s Talk is a free service where CU Â鶹ӰԺ students can check in for an informal, brief and confidential consultation with a counselor or psychiatrist. CAPS is offering Let’s Talk in person and virtually.

WellTrack
WellTrack is a free app that is available to all CU Â鶹ӰԺ students. It is designed to help you understand your mental health and to provide you with the help that you need right now.

CU Â鶹ӰԺ Telehealth by AcademicLiveCare (CUTALC)
CU Â鶹ӰԺ Telehealth by AcademicLiveCare (CUTALC) ​is a telehealth platform that allows you to schedule and attend mental health appointments 24/7 from a smartphone, computer, or other mobile device.
