The Office of Budget and Fiscal Planning has published a new guide on preparing General Fund budget journal entries. This brief one-pager is packed with best practices and helpful tips for submitting compliant BJEs on funds 10, 11 and 12.  

The FY25 benefits change budget allocation, also known as benefits increments and decrements, is now a part of the new C-Roll—continuing budget roll forward—process for planning General Fund continuing budget allocations to start FY25.
