Start of the Annual Rate-setting Cycle for RBSAs

Budget & Fiscal Planning is pleased to announce the start of the FY23 rate-setting cycle for rate-based service activities (RBSAs). Training sessions will be available beginning Feb.15.

Overview of the Financial Environment Course is Now Live

To help you get started on the right foot, we have created a financial onboarding series. The first course in the series sets the context for the university’s financial environment and explains how to be an efficient fiscal steward.

Feb. 8 - PeopleSoft Finance System

9 a.m.-noon - This training is designed to help you understand CU fund accounting principles and how to use the PeopleSoft general ledger to record and report on financial transactions in your department.

9 a.m. - Join us for a discussion with leadership from the Campus Controller's Office and Office of Contracts and Grants on research administration topics.

11 a.m. - The Office of University Controller and the Procurement Service Center have reorganized how they deliver help desk and training functions. Join us to step through the transition and clarify where you should go for assistance.

March 3 - Department Property Management

1:30-3 p.m. | Session I: General Overview - Attend this training to learn about the inventory system, property management, guidelines and best practices. Those who have already completed the training are encouraged to attend.
