New Facilities & Administrative Cost Rate Agreement Effective Through FY23

Vice Chancellor Fiez and Chief Financial Officer Ho’a announced that CU �鶹ӰԺ has a new indirect cost rate agreement, also known as the facilities and administrative (F&A) cost rate agreement between CU �鶹ӰԺ and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).

Effective July 1, 2021, the �鶹ӰԺ campus will use these negotiated rates in the month-end fringe allocations to record actual fringe expenses on programs and projects.

Training/Events

Aug. 10 - PeopleSoft Finance System

9 a.m.-noon - This training is designed to help you understand CU fund accounting principles and how to use the PeopleSoft general ledger to record and report on financial transactions in your department.

11:30 a.m. - If you received an email about completing this year’s fiscal certification and have questions, please join us. In this session, CCO's fiscal compliance experts Jennifer Carter and Sondra Payne will answer questions about this process and help you complete the assessment in a timely manner.
