As mentioned at the April 2023 Tuesday Talks, the Sponsored Project Travel page is now live and includes valuable policies, procedures and robust FAQs to address many sponsored project聽travel scenarios. The website is jointly maintained by the Office of Contracts and Grants (OCG) and the Campus Controller鈥檚 Office (CCO).
The new travel webpage is a direct result of feedback that we received from the campus community as a result of work conducted by the ANCHOR team. A special thanks to the folks who provided feedback and participated on the ANCHOR team including Marisa Seitz, Susan Sand, Jean Balch, Beth Kroger, Rebecca Stossmeister, Oliver Nix聽and so many others. We would also like to thank Alexa Van Dalsem for getting the website organized and working with David Scarbeary-Simmons to ensure that information is (and continues to be) accurate, useful and aligned with institutional guidance and policy. Both Alexa and David welcome any feedback you might have when interacting with this very useful webpage. Thanks again, everyone!
