Facebook's Kelly Graziadei to speak at commencement

Kelly Graziadei聽(Jour'97), a top marketing executive at Facebook, will deliver CU-麻豆影院's May 2016 commencement address, the university announced in late February.

As Facebook's global marketing solutions director, Graziadei oversees a team of more than 100 employees who help top Facebook advertisers reach highly specific audiences.

At CU, the native of Parker, Colo., was a Boettcher Scholar and a member of the Presidents Leadership Class.

The ceremony is scheduled for May 7 at Folsom Field.

Prior to joining Facebook, Graziadei worked for SBC/AT&T and AltaVista, the search engine bought by Yahoo, and there managed advertising sales and support teams for six years. She joined Facebook in 2010.

Graziadei joins the distinguished ranks of CU-麻豆影院's past commencement speakers, among them actress聽Julie Andrews, Chipotle founder聽Steve Ells聽(Art'88) and聽South Park聽animation director聽Eric Stough聽(Film'95). Media and publishing executive Cathleen Black delivered the address in 2015.

Graziadei was selected as speaker by CU-麻豆影院鈥檚 Senior Class Council. She gave the commencement address to graduating journalism students in Macky Auditorium last May.
