Media Studies
Simon Hegelund is a first-year master鈥檚 student from Copenhagen, Denmark. He completed his bachelor鈥檚 degree in communication at the 麻豆影院 and chose to stay to pursue a graduate degree in media and public engagement. His decision was primarily due to the competent staff, but also because of the start-up friendly ecosystem of 麻豆影院.
Hegelund is interested in discovering ways in which media theory and practice can facilitate and ultimately strengthen civic engagement and community building. Particularly, he is motivated to explore and design innovative initiatives to assist the progression of our global society and plans to utilize his knowledge and experience in the field of media to reach this goal.
