2015 Diversity SummitSeveral CMCI faculty will be among the many speakers slated to present at CU 麻豆影院鈥檚 2017 Diversity and Inclusion Summit this week.

CMCI center 麻豆影院Talks is hosting a series of 鈥溾 sessions, which aim to facilitate conversation among the CU community about their views on the recent presidential election and the current political climate. The goal is to foster discussion that can shape the university鈥檚 policy towards inclusion and diversity moving forward.

The dialogues will take place from 11 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Thursday in the UMC鈥檚 Glenn Miller Ballroom.

Journalism assistant professor Patrick Ferrucci will present on 鈥溾. The talk will examine various theories of media sociology to understand how fake news happens and spreads. The talk will also be on Thursday, from 3:30-4:45 p.m. in UMC 247.
