Trainings and Department Consultations
Would you like your department to be more inclusive and educated around LGBTQ+ identities?
We would like to help! Consultations will be done over the course of semester and will examine multiple aspects of your department or organization to see where we can solve problems together. For example, we will look through handbooks, forms and other regularly used documents to ensure inclusive language is being used. We will examine everyday practices such as emailing, meetings and social interactions to see where improvements could be made. We will look at resources within and outside of your department to ensure they are inclusive and address the concerns of LGBTQ+ people within your department or students andÌýstaff that you work with.
We aim to provide constructive feedback that will make long-lasting structural changes that result in greater support and inclusion around LGBTQ+ issues and identities. Creating such structural changes will help CU Â鶹ӰԺ reflect the inclusive excellence that we all strive for.
